SOPHIA JENNINGS

TV WRITER & ESSAYIST
A former member of London’s Soho Theatre Young Company, Sophia joined a mini writers room in 2020 led by director Kari Skogland (THE HANDMAID’S TALE) and her MadRabbit Productions. She went on to assist Justin Britt-Gibson (COUNTERPART) under his HBO overall deal, assisting on his UNT. STAR WARS FEATURE with Damon Lindelof at Lucasfilm.

Sophia was a semi-finalist in the Hollyshorts Screenwriting Competition in 2022. She previously recieved “Special Praise” in the 2019 Thousand Films TV Writing Competition hosted by Sid Gentle Films (KILLING EVE), The Edinburgh TV Festival, and The National Film and Television School. She was a finalist in NYC’s Female Voices Rock Competition in 2019.

Sophia is currently developing various projects with producers in London and LA.
